On 08/04/21 i had an appointment for my dog to get groomed. After they were done i was called and my dog was ready. When i got there to pick him up i noticed he was in a small kennel of which i did mention when bringing him in he does not like to be kenneled for a very long time. As i left the store and brought him home i noticed his right back leg was limping. He had been limping for a couple days. I called the store and talked with the someone about did anything possibly happened to him in the room? They were going to ask the *************************** however she was gone and out for a few days. My husband then called as well and was not accusing anyone but wanted a review from the cameras possibly to see if ***be he jumped off the table or something that *** have caused the injury. The store manager was supposed to call us back and never did. My dog was diagnosed with a torn cruciate with that leg. I was told that typically groomers pull back their legs to trim their nails o we just wanted to know if he jerked his leg or what. Anyways he got worse and worse had him on meds from the vet and severla months later he couldnt even walk surgery would have been ******** of which we could not afford. We had to put him down which the most hardest thing in my life. We had to pay money to put him down which was hard. Im not blaming neccesarily the grommer however for the store manger not to respond back i just kinda let it go due to alot going on with my dog taking care of him but i finally found my receipt and would like to gt refunded of the gromming cost of ***** JRNL#H51275/7 Cust NO: ******. In the form of payment a check.
