What a horrible and stressful move this was for my husband and I. Princz Moving farmed out our work to a company called **********. Our furniture was thrown into a trailer pulled by a pickup truck and not even a moving van. The person/persons that loaded the van, just through our stuff in and we have pictures to prove it. We had destroyed boxes, a fish tank that was not crated (cardboard used, no wooden box). We are now out $1000.00 for the fish tank charge and the entire fish tank. Every piece of our furniture has some ***** ding, or stain on it. Then after going through a third party to get compensation, they are willing to give us $89.00. What a slap in the face. Your company is a joke. Anybody that reads this review, head the warning. Do NOT go with this company. Their slogan is "We treat you like Royalty". I say change your slogan to "We treat you and your stuff like CRAP". That's a better one!!!!

I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional moving experience my family and I had with Princz Moving. Shan and the team were nothing short of amazing. Moving out of a 5-bedroom home with 4 kids is no easy feat, but they made the entire process seem seamless.While they may not be the cheapest option out there, it is without a doubt worth every *****. The professionalism, care, and efficiency demonstrated by them were truly remarkable. I can confidently say that I would absolutely choose Princz Moving again for any future moves. I highly recommend their services to anyone seeking a stress-free and reliable moving experience.Once again, thank you for a job well done. I was always apprehensive about moving because you always hear horrible stories.I experienced a move from ********,********** to ************,********. The crew that packed my entire home was delicate and efficient with everything. Upon arrival in ******** everything came with no damages and they were with the time frame they provided to me. I have referred 3 other family members who have also used PRINCZ MOVING and the received the exact same treatment.Definitely would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a small move or a big move.Review from Bob T

The crew that Princz Movers sent out were the best. ****, ****, and ****** did an outstanding job. They wrapped all furniture, loaded all boxes, boxed the 3 tvs, all clothes, and explained the process well. They were courteous and efficient. They worked the whole time and explained what they were doing as they had to come back with an extra truck. The price did go up but we had a fair amount of additional items. We moved approximately 2000 miles and should receive our goods tomorrow or the next day. No complaints with these guys.well done.Princz Movers LLC Response

These Guys are con artists. I was dealing with Captain ********* who sub contracted to them. Both businesses were unprofessional and disorganized before things really hit the fan.The movers show up late and quickly double the price on the estimate. I had made a video of my whole house and garage to form the original estimate. The leader of the moving team claimed there was twice the cubic feet needed and I was going to have to pay $9,000 even though I have a contract for $4,500. ******* said they couldn't do much for me and I fired them. The guy was so pushy at one point saying "I assume you need to move out by the end of the day" It was creepy and a complete scam. I left a ****** review and the response was pathetic but what I would expect from lying sleazy thieves. They claimed the estimate only went up 100 cubic feet but the guy said it was 1000 cubic feet more and double the price. Such a horrible company, Never use them. They are dishonest, disrespectful sleazy con men. Zero Stars for these Royal Sleaze Bags.Princz Movers LLC Response

*******, Thank you for leaving your feedback. We would like to address some of your accusations. First and foremost in the moving business there can be unforeseen delays. (This is stated in the paperwork). Being held up by another job, flats tire truck breaking down. On this day our ******* got held up and did not realize what time it was making a late call to you to reschedule. After that ******** kept communication with you. As for pressure and paperwork, Its not pressure we can not start touching any items until the paperwork is completed. As you above complaint stated we were already late. I don't know were you are getting the 1000cf from. Your estimate was for 721cf and when we got there you were about 100 over at 829cf. So I can agree you did not have 1000cf. If you like I can email you the paperwork and we can talk privately. If not we will have to ask you to remove this review since it grossly out of content. We can provide the estimate and BOL.
