I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The return label has been printed and the remote has been mailed. I will be looking for a credit on my credit card in the amount of $39.85. I will not consider this case closed until the credit has been applied.Thank you for your assistance.

I purchased a replacement remote that did not work and received permission to return it for a refund. I returned it and even sent company tracking and have heard nothing from them and no refund.Business response
