      1- ordered a replacement remote; order #RDN9450 (see attachment)2- device worked OK except the "8" button does not work 3- I have called and emailed remotes.net, but no response either way 4- Apparently this is an unscrupulous business and I would like a refund; I will return the defective unit provided Remotes.net provides postage cost as the product is defective).

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  The return label has been printed and the remote has been mailed. I will be looking for a credit on my credit card in the amount of $39.85. I will not consider this case closed until the credit has been applied.

      I have returned the item. It was received June 17 @3:39pm ***** tracking # **** **** **** **** **** 18). Remotes.net has not credited my card the price of $39.85.

      I purchased a replacement remote that did not work and received permission to return it for a refund. I returned it and even sent company tracking and have heard nothing from them and no refund.
