My city uses this service for paying taxes and utilities online. This online bill paying service has issues in getting to their web page. It times out before it opens. I have been unable to access their webpage for over a year now. I don't have any contact information for them to complain about this problem directly to them. I don't have this problem with any other sites.Business response

Paydici used to be the company that collected for our HOA and I set up auto pay. Subsequently our HOA changed collectors and management so the last payment I had still went through before I could turn it off on 25 Jan 2022. I emailed to let them know on Feb 2, ********************************************************************************************************* the account. Initially they told me I had to email an investigation team and they would get back to me. On Feb 3, 2022 I got a return email stating that a refund would be issued and checks get cut every Thursday. I finally called back on 03 April once no check showed up and the account still showed a credit. Emailed again on the 3rd and 10th of April. Then I called on 11 April I was told that none of my emails that I sent showed up. On this call I got a new case number #******** and then waited on resolution. On April 19th still haven't heard back so I called today and was hung up on and have been on wait for about an hour. All I wanted was the refund and I gave them ample time to issue it. The persons name that apparently is handling this is *****************************. Who the email came from and who I keep getting referred to from the phone reps.Business response
