I placed an order from b-glowing on May 1. It was processed and shipped promptly. Unfortunately, the merchandise was damaged upon receipt. I tried to file a claim with the shipping company, but they require the shipper to file the claim. I've reached out to b-glowing multiple times via phone, online live chat, and email. I have no response from them. I would just like a refund at this point. The amount I'm due is $149.81. I'm happy to return the merchandise if the business will just reach out. I'm very angry and will never do business again with a company that does not have a working phone. This is a shady business that should be avoided.Initial Complaint

On March 16th, 2022 I placed the order on b-glowing.com. They had a good deal on Nuface Mini (25%), so after eyeing on this device for several weeks, I decided to get it from them because of that discount. B-glowing is an authorized retailer of Nuface devices. Today, on March 22nd, I finally received my order and after unboxing it, I discovered a big weired wet/oily spot on the grey part of the back side of the device. It looked like the device came either preowned with someones fingerprints or with some oily moisture somehow got into device. I tried to wipe the spot with my fingers out, it went away for a minute, but after that you still can see it on the back. I decided to return this device, but when I clicked the button "Return policy" on b-glowing. com, I saw, that they are NOT accepting ANY returns. This is ridiculuos! I have been saving so many weeks to purchase this device, but not only it came with strange spots and preowned, I can NOT even return it now... Do you guys have any ideas on how I can return or even better exchange this devise to the brand new one? Why do you authorize the retailer with such return policy to sell your products? I hope you can help somehow to solve this problem, FYI: this Nuface mini has not been sold or marked as a REFRESHED, I purchased it as a BRAND NEW. We are sorry to hear that this item did not arrive at a perfect condition as it should. Please kindly note that we do not reshelf any used and returned items so this specific one seems to be defective inventory we received from our vendor.
Don't worry, as a prepaid return shipping label has been already provided to you, a full refund will be processed after this device is returned to our office! And you will be notified via email when this is done.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.That actually was my fault, I should have waited for b-glowing response first, and after that file a complain. I read so many reviews that it is not possible to reach the retailer out, so I was too quick to submit my claim. In fact, b-glowing replied me very fast (before BBB reached them out) and kindly sent me a return label. And yes, Nuface mini that I received from them was sealed, but these wet and oily spots sometimes happen even with new devices (I found some other reviews with the same issue). Moreover, b-glowing sent me a 25% off discount for my next Nuface device, I couldn't wish more. Now I really do not get those all negative reviews.
P.S.: I even wanted revoke the claim from BBB, but I couldn't find this option.
