I have sent two certified letters to Dental Health Services (DHS), my dental insurance provider (subscriber # ********), in an effort to resolve this issue prior to contacting you. I have cc:ed Western Dental Center (WDC), a dental service provider, on ***********************. DHS has not responded in 30 days since they received the second letter. On March 9, 2023, I contacted a DHS agent to find an in-network dentist as I was in searing pain. I was told to select from their online directory, which I did. I had to wait a week to get an appointment, and, when I arrived, I was told my insurance wouldn't be accepted. When I called DHS a second time to clarify, I was told the same thing; to use the online directory. At that point, WDS told me I'd have to wait another whole week to get a new appointment. In agony and tears, I made an emergency appointment with the first available provider who would see me, ********! Dental. They diagnosed the problem and referred me to Endo Specialists for an immediate root canal. I paid for all of it out-of-pocket. I have documented everything: the names of the agents with whom I spoke, the ongoing correspondences with both DHS and WDS (By the way, WDS has an "F" rating by you and DHS has 1.5 stars out of 116 Yelp reviews). My premiums were all up to date. And the wait time for phone calls to both DHS and WDS was usually at least an hour. Who has time for that? I've tried to work this out directly, but maybe you can help. Dental Health Services' phone is **************. Their headquarters appears to be located at *******************************************************************************************. Western Dental on ******** is unlisted. Their corporate office appears to be at 530 So. Main St. Orange, **, *****. The phone is **************. Thank you. I sincerely hope for a refund, but I also want to alert others who, like me, purchase insurance in the good faith that they will have some coverage when they are in need and follow the company's instructions.

complaint against Dental Health Services for malpractice. I paid My premium payment in April 1st 2023 through their payment vendor Instamed of $49.10 I have receipt proving payment. April 6th Dental Health Services sent a none payment letter and I emailed them and contacted customer service over matter in which they confirmed they received payment. April 19th I went for dental care and now they have canceled my dental plan and not paying for services they are to cover under coverage. I am not responsible if they have accounting issues I paid my premium and they have no right to cancel insurance and keep my premium payment and now refusing to cover Dental visit. I requested that they pay for services covered under plan.
