As the Coronavirus continues to surge, we have experienced delayed shipping times. As a sign of our commitment to our customers, we have recently implemented the following changes in order to mitigate the increased shipping times and to improve the overall customer experience:
1. We have added additional staffing so that we can offer 24/7 live chat support and 1 business day Email response to customer inquiries 2. We have partnered with different shipping companies in order to offer faster shipping from our US fulfillment center and international warehouses 3. We have changed our product sourcing and packaging to improve product quality 4. We have an easier return process and policy that also accommodates customers who are concerned about the risk of exposure to COVID so that they don’t have to visit the post office
