  We hired Eternal Rock (aka ******************** to resurface our patio and pool area.Within days we were aware of the uneven color of the concrete from where they started and stopped the project.Within weeks we were aware of the many cracks leading into the pool. Within months, when we filled the pool and were able to use it- it was immediately obvious that the pour was completely uneven. There is plastic material visible at the level of the pool from under the new concrete.The work was done in February 2023, we can contacted Eternal Rock MANY times regarding the incomplete work. At one point they did return our call and were to DRAIN OUR POOL AGAIN- and it has sat, empty for months now because Eternal Rock will not return our calls. We cannot put our safety fence up or our safety cover on the empty pool because doing so requires drilling into the concrete.So now I have had MONTHS of a safety hazard in my back yard- it is not safe for my 4 year old to play outside because of the risk.Their work was terrible, theyve completely ghosted us, and left us with a massive safety issue.
