I bought neck massagers from Mrjoint for my families christmas present Dec. 2021. Because I was not satisfied with the quality of the product, I inquired about returning them. At first, their support team responded within 24hours from when I emailed my request and assured me they will process the full refund plus the postage fees once they received the items. I shipped out the products as told (within 30 days upon receiving) and provided tracking details which confirmed that my shipment has arrived to its destination. Then I patiently waited for the refund process to take but even few months later, I heard nothing back. I tried to contact them again but their websites and support email showed differently. In April 2022, Upon providing my order#MJ53820204, they responded they will review the status then again no more follow *** afterwards. I have tried asking for updates multiple times but heard nothing back. They now have changed their support email and website once again. They advertised their product through instagram.Initial Complaint

On January 22, 2022 I sent a package to be returned to Mr.Joint. The return postage was $360.65. Their website said they would refund FULL postage and price of the product upon delivery. The shipment was held up in Customs and the ***** needed to contact Mr.Joint. After months of attempting to contact them ***** wants more money to return the package to me. Mr.Joint did refund the price of the product, but has done NOTHING about the shipping. They have also stopped responding to emails and have NEVER answered their phone or returned phone messages. They have made no attempt to resolve the refund of the Shipping.Order #MJ517582049.Also when I last checked their website the address and phone were different. I ordered a neck massager from Mr Joint on Sept. 9, 2021. I received the product on October 6, 2021 and knew immediately I wanted a refund - it was defective or just downright painful by nature. I emailed that day asking for a refund as policy states. No response until I emailed again Oct 19 they got back to me with the shipping address. With Covid and holidays, I could not ship international until December 6. When I sent them the tracking number they responded that it had been 30 days since they sent me the return address, therefore I could not receive the refund or the cost of shipping which they agree to pay in their Refund Policy. Their refund policy states that I have 30 days from receiving the product to email them asking for a refund. I did that the day-of. Nowhere in their policy does it say that I have 30 days to ship. The refund policy I read at the point of purchase and the one they respond with in the email is this https://perpick.co/pages/refund-policy I would at least like my shipping cost refunded, and the refund of the product being as though they have both the product back and my money. $89.99 for the product and $27.00 for the return shipping. I have record they received it on January 20, 2022. I have tried multiple times to reconcile with the company and keep getting no response. I have copies of all emails and receipts.Initial Complaint

I have ordered knee patches on December 13. The order was confirmed by email. (Order #MJ566612049). A phony tracking number was provided: Tracking number: AQ482600733CN. I have tried contacting the company at least twice by email and a few times by phone, but there was absolutely no reply. I am convinced that this company is a scammer. Can you help? Purchased a Neck Massager on August 30, 2021. Received product on or around September 19, 2021. Per their return policy I returned this product on September 28, 2021. Business promises guaranteed return. No way to contact business. Phone isn't answering. Emailed them multiple times. Now phone number is out of service!
