Scammers running chargeback scams on Invaluable, beware! The police are coming for you thieves!

Paid for but never received my knee brace. I can not seem to find a way to contact them. Is this a scam? I am a senior citizen and can not afford to lose the money on this.

Why is this company allowed to continue operating? This is so sickening. Just as everyone has stated, I also fell for this trap. Bought the massager, didn't like it, and they got me to return it with postage and did not issue a refund.

Terrible product and customer service!!!!bought 3 neck massagers in Dec 2021. Immediately tried to return because they were crappy electrical pulses that require you to wet your neck before you use it? That alone scared the heck out of me. Try to contact them for returns no one would call or email me back. Finally got a hold of a person named **** through a different email address of mine that I used to contact them I was already out $200 they wanted me to send them back to ******* and pay for the postage so to add insult to injury its been five months, now I no longer have the products, Im still out the $200 I initially paid for everything and now Im out another almost $60 to have to send them back. Which she said they would reimburse me or I could have taken their famous 30% refund if I didnt do the return. When I use the tracking number that she provided me , which she, by the way is no longer returning my emails, I see the package is still sitting in **************** *******. Dont buy. Definitely a scam.

ordered for ***** had ***** on card theyt tried to charge me over what i was to pay thats why card was being declined,its a fraud company dont use them.

FRAUD ALERT - not only do the patches NOT work, when you try to return them for the advertised refund, the address in US posted on the website does not accept returns. You have to ship them back to *******! Shipping options do not offer proof of delivery direct to their warehouse, only to the customs office. So you will never be able to prove that the patches were received by them and get the promised refund. They offered a 30% discount, then 40%, then stopped answering my emails when I tried to claim the 40% refund. Save your money and your sanity. This company should be barred from doing business in the **! TOTAL SCAM.

DO NOT order anything from this company! Waste of time and money. It took me ************************************************************ 2 options 1. To send back to the country ******* and pay shipping which every company said would cost hundreds of dollars or option 2. Receive a 30% refund. It took so long to receive that the 30 day refund policy was pretty much up by the time I received product. I ordered dec 20th and still aint resolved and also lost the dispute with credit card company cause it had been to long. Still seeking resolution to the $200 spent and no working product

Worst product and customer service! I reached out several times didnt hear back returned the product back to them. Didnt hear anything for almost a month reached back to them for them to tell me they never received it. I then sent them the shipping information and the confirmation of when it was received and they told me I sent it to the incorrect address. This address was listed on their website as a return addressDo not buy from this company . This place should be shut down!

Total joke of a product. No clear return process on their website. So I emailed the address on the bottom of my purchase receipt that was indicated as the support email address... I got no response. After a few weeks, I looked it up on ****** and now the website, while still MrJoint. shop, seems to be a company called Per Pick... and the support email address that it says you need to contact is related to perpick instead of the original one that was related to mrjoint.shop... After reading the other reviews, I'm not confident that I will get my money back
