Ive used Phytoextractum for many years with no issues until last week. My order was sent from them to me and it didnt arrive. I emailed customer assistance explaining my situation at Phytoextractum. They immediately responded and within 1 day found the issue, which was the post office, and the next day got my product. I was kept in the loop the whole time and with follow up afterwards on top of it. Their customer service is what every company should have. Very impressed!!!Review from Lora A

I am very happy with the quality of what I've ordered so far! Their customer service was also very friendly when I thought I might have had a payment issue on my order, and they had a quick response time during the holidays for my email. I've been a satisfied customer of this business for over 5 years now. The website is easy to navigate, there are coupon codes to use, and if you need to contact customer service, they will reply back quickly. This is a business that I feel that I can trust. Phyto is my go-to website for high-quality extracts. I've tried many vendors over the past 5 years and have yet to find a store with extract so potent that you only need to take smallest possible dose for maximum effect. Some of the prices seem a bit high but I've legitimately purchased extracts from around 15 different vendors and I keep coming back to Phyto.
