Wix is an online marketing site for business. They offer a varity of services and produces that can aid business to promote an individual company. You can sign up for free or paid subscription. My complaint is that they have your payment on auto pay if you have a paid account. However, they don't offer any way to contact customer service. When click on contact us or help center it lead you to several blog post about items that *** relate to your issues. At the end they ask was this helpful. If you click No, it then just say thanks and they past the message along. It doesn't allow to provide feedback or give any way to call or email customer service. At one point they had a virtual chat box but at the moment that feature has been disable. I run a business that I pay Wix to assist me withs sell my products. I am unable to complete that if I need assist from customer and I'm unable to reach them. I truly do understand that were still in a pandemic. However, that didn't stop Wix from providing service or increasing their price. This has happen to be on several occasions the has resulted in me having to pay other individuals to resolve my issues with Wix. They've implemented a system to insure that they would be paid for the use of their products on time. I would like for them to honor that and do the same for me as a consumer to have access to customer service. At this moment I don't feel that the price point and value are in proper alignment. Therefore, consumers should received a refund for lack of quality customer service. The company don't have a refund policy or any as well as a price reduction for future services if the matter is unable to be resolve. While our last name and name of the business is the same of the online website platform we are not the same company nor do we have any affiliation with wix.com. We are located in ******** ****** and specialize in ******** health insurance. We do not nor have at any point ever been part ofwix.com or an online website design platform.Initial Complaint

Wix stated to me that they could not verify my account. This is the same account that they have billed me from for the last five years. I uploaded the same form that they finally accepted from my bank verifying I have an account. I have received several emails stating that I would be compensated for the $480 that i lost or was refunded for my event for homeless children with disabilities. It has been almost a year and I received several emails from wix and have tweeted how reckless customer care is.Business response

Good morning,I think the customer may have my business confused with another. First, the person listed on the complaint does not work at the address stated. Second, the address stated on the complaint has been vacant for two years. Lastly we operate out of ***** ******. We do not have any business dealings in Georgia. We do not handle any billing whatsoever. Our primary business is insurance and a customer pays an insurance company directly. We are not an insurance company we are a brokerage. We do not ha handle any billing. If there is any further questions please feel free to reach out.
