      Tachi refused service and also provided no reason as to why. She was texted and emailed after receiving this strange communication but zero response which was even more odd and unprofessional. This leads me to believe that she is racist as I am not white, like her.All money paid to Tachi Skincare should be refunded.

      I am a small, woman owned business and work on clients of diverse backgrounds and ethnicities.  **************** claim of racism is offensive and based solely on me refusing service to her and I did refund her money for services that were not rendered.

      It doesn't provide any explanation for refusal of service, rude and unprofessional treatment for absolutely no reason, nor refund for the rest of the monies requested.

      I sent ************** a polite email letting her know that I did not think that I was the best person to help her with her skin care.

      I have been in business since ************************************************************************** had a complaint.  I felt that ************** was difficult to work with and I was not comfortable working on her skin as I did not feel a mutual trust between us.  

      I refunded her money for the services that were not rendered, so I am not sure what money ************** feels that she is owed.

      I sincerely hope this puts the matter behind **.  I mean no ill will towards ************** and I am sorry she is unhappy with my decision to terminate our business relationship.  Tell us why here...

      I am rejecting this response because:



      Tachi ****** is grabbing at straws. It was communicated at the first visit to Tachi how skin has played a big role in my adult life and caused emotional distress. I showed compassion for her parents illness and wished them well however didn't receive that same compassion nor empathy in return. Perhaps her ego is bruised for personal reasons of her own. As evident from the texts, which in no way were personal to her, the responses have an attitude of arrogance and defensiveness when asking for her expert advice, which she herself stated that she could be reached for....


      Refusing service and refunding unused visits is not a resolution. Tachi was very adamant about starting off very conservative and moving up in the facial peel levels and made it clear that only then can she observe how my skin reacts. She communicated almost every visit that she has to closely monitor my skin when applying the peels and this is true because I am starting face reality peels again after multiple years. This entire process has to be started again with another facialist. This means making appointments regularly and paying all over again.

      The rest of the money for previous visits needs to be refunded.

      I am very sorry that ************** feels that I was not compassionate or had empathy for her. I do have empathy and compassion for what she is going through, I sincerely felt that I was not the best person to help her.

      As far as **************** claim of have to pay for, and start the entire process again, that is not true.  In fact, she came from a different skin care provider and asked me if she could skip the consultation and start where she left off.  I obliged as I have done this with many of my clients with out any  problems.  ************** already had her products and let me know that she had all of the information she needed as far as how  the clearing process works (acne is not something that is cured, it is controlled), that she knew about lifestyle choices, etc.
      For those reasons I will not be retuning the money for the services that I have already rendered.
