      I was inappropriately sexually groped and assaulted by customers and reported it when I returned from my trip. They really didn't care to help me and gave me an unacceptable response.

      Do you have any more information on this review?  Was a booking number provided or a first and last name or address?  This is a very serious accusation and one that we would definitely need to address, however we have no record of this email address or a ************ MC in our data base. 

      Please provide more information so we can properly respond to this complaint.

      These people do not know what they are doing. I was trying to book a tour of ********* and didn't complete the registration correctly. I checked domestic travel instead of international so there was no place to put passport information. They kept emailing me that they needed my passport info. I kept going to the registration page and not finding a way to do that. Then I looked at my passport and it had expired (my bad but I would have found this out sooner if I had known how to enter my passport info.) So I had missed the deadline for a passport and was told I could get an expedited passport two weeks before I traveled. I told one of the staff at the office and they said no, that's not possible. It takes weeks, so she didn't know you could get an expedited passport. Then when I got the passport I needed to enter that info on an application for an ETA travel **** to be allowed in the country. I could not figure out how to do this and the agency said they have nothing to do with that, it is between us an *********. Since I could not ensure that I would get the **** before I left, I decided I needed to cancel the trip and lose all the money. Another staff person said I would get no refund. So I looked on their website and it said I would get 20% refund. So then I asked what amount would be refunded and she gave me many different figures and put me on hold a number of times. I had taken the amount I paid and multiplied it by 20% and told her that figure. Finally she said the manager had okayed that refund. They were very incompetent and didn't seem to care much about what happened to their travelers. Just a warning. Don't trust what they tell you.

      ***** was struggling with the technology side of our booking process as everything is done mostly online. She claimed to not have a smart phone or easy access to a computer and the problems she encountered registering her trip and passport online were a result of user error and trying to add an expired passport. All of which she blamed us for.  When it came time to aquire a **** she flat out refused to do so herself again claiming she had no way to fill out the form online. Legally we are not able to apply for a **** on behalf of a traveler and were not able to help her. We asked her if she had a friend or family member with a phone or computer that could assist her. Ultimately, she cancelled. Funny, for someone with no computer access, she found a way to file a complaint with the BBB easily enough.

      I am not a lawyer, but I feel certain that GETours is NOT operating with ethical business practices. I recently purchased a tour of ***** as a celebration trip for my 20th wedding anniversary. I have waited my entire life to take such a grand trip. Then one day I checked my travel portal and it refused to let me view my booking. I thought maybe a server problem. I checked the next day. Same. I emailed my travel agent. No response. I called the ***** number. The operator told me there was a problem with my account and I was on the schedule to be called the next day. I asked what the problem was and she said the trip was cancelled. She assured me the person who called me would explain my options. I waited the entire day for the call before calling them at 3:30. The GETours employee informed me that they did not receive enough bookings for the tour I booked. She offered other similar tours. They did not have the destinations I was seeking. She offered the same tour on a different date. My husband had already gotten the time approved and could not change. I said I just want a refund. She robotically answered that refunds take 60 days to process! That means my refund will not be granted until I was due to depart on my original trip??? They are holding on to my entire payment preventing me from booking something else. So angry at this company!!!
