I have had my 36' RV at ********* Truck and Trailer Repair shop since May of 2023. I have given them a specific part that was needed to be replaced. The supposed issue was due to it not starting. It is supposed to be my home. I have been homeless on the street for over 3 yrs. But the last 6 months were completely unavoidable. Since May, I have called our text the shop manager over 30 times. I visited the shop and rats had infested my RV. There was rat p*** over everything. They had also chewed thru wires in the kitchen area. I called the owner about 3 weeks ago. I explained the situation to him. ***** seemed very concerned. He even stated he has a wife and daughter.. and would never want to see them in my situation. He stated he would have a solution by the end of the first week. Nothing has been worked on. I have not been given an update by either shop manager.. nor owner.I cannot express the urgency in this manner more.
