On 6-3-2022 we paid $320.00 on check #***. $140.00 went for monthly yard maintenance and $180.00 went for 4 Arborvitaes to be planted that you guaranteed for 1 year. You did plant those 2 months later. On 12-30-2022 I paid another $140.00 on check # *** as I made a mistake and thought I finished paying for all the Arborvitaes. They started to die, possibly from disease. On 4-17-2023 I wanted to have 4 new Arborvitaes planted so I paid $180.00, check #***. You did remove the old dead ones but I decided against planting the new ones as another tree was starting to fill in that area. On 4-17-2023 we ended service with you and I requested a refund. You said you would refund me for the 4 Arborvitaes. I did not hear from you and one month later I talked to **** who said she will let you know about my refund. I did see you a week later at Subway, here in Keizer and you said you would stop by tomorrow and pay me. You did not stop by the next day. I left messages on your phone ************ about once every 3 weeks. In December of 2023 I did see you working on ******* ******* stopped and we discussed the refund again and agreed to $300.00. You said you would pay me they next day by leaving a check under my front door mat. You did not. On January 8th, 2024 you were working again on ******* St N and you said you would pay me on 1-10-2024, which you did not.Please refund the $300.00 by 3-1-2024 so we can complete this transaction. We had a good working relationship and would like to keep it that way.Customer response

Company refunded the $30.00 in full on 4-21-2024. Thank you for all your help.
