      It was my biggest mistake to buy a swing from them as ***** was selling me an i was not sure if some third party is selling it to me. It is a defective piece and i simply want to return and get my money back. I called macys multiple time and they keep forwarding me to aosom. AOSOM want me to prove that it is defective. I need to open the box again which i packed and took me half an hour to do it as it is big item. They want me to prove that i am not lying. I dont believe Macys is working with these kind of third parties which should immediately be out of their system. They are spoiling their names.I reached out to everywhere but didnt get my money back. I STRONGLY recommend everyone to not buy anything from them. They are not having good customer service and would give you very hard time after you buy a product. Buy it from ****** instead of macys. Can BBB get my money back please.

      Do not buy from this company. No support, terrible quality and won't be accountable to anything.We had an item that broke 5 days after the whopping 90 day guarantee. I didn't ask for anything but HELP from the company and they basically refused to even help me. I offered to pay for the part - No, past 90 days, nothing we can do.Honestly, do not buy from them.

I was unable to locate your order under your name or email address, but all of our products have a limited 1-year warranty unless you purchased an item through the Open Box Program, which has a 90-day warranty period.  Please reach out to the Aosom **************** Team again at your earliest convenience if you feel as though your purchase would be covered under our warranty.

      Purchased an Aosom bicycle trailer online from Lowes. Opened the box it came in to assemble the trailer this spring to get it ready for bike season and discovered that one of the rims on the trailer was badly damaged and not useable. Since I waited longer than 30 days to open the box I was not expecting to be able to return the item for a refund I contacted both **************************** attempting to purchase a replacement rim but neither are willing to sell replacement parts for these products. I then visited several bicycle shops to see if I could have it repaired but because it is a proprietary design it can not be done. After getting the runaround from Aosom customer service the only option left to me is to throw it in the landfill & buy another one. I would caution anyone who is considering purchasing an Aosom product to think twice before making the purchase. The quality of their products is extremely poor and the customer service and aftersales support is non-existent. The reason this stuff is cheap is because it is absolute garbage sold by a shady corporation with blatant disregard for it's customers or the environment.

      Hi ****, I'm sorry that we don't sell individual parts for some of our items other than the few that are available directly on our website. Our factories do not manufacture or package parts individually, so we do not have individual parts available for sale for most of our products. Although we do not have parts for sales for all of our products, we are compiling all requests for parts that have been requested, in hopes that at some time in the future, we might be able to start carrying more parts for sale.

      We ordered one table, they sent two. The order was with Amazon.Two tables were delivered and money was paid for two ( automatic by Amazon ). We called told to print labels, ***** picked up the unopened table. Next day ***** brought it back. We called ***** they said they did exactly as instructed. The driver said the computer thinks there is only one table so.deliver it. ***** delivered. We understand the table has to be returned before we get our $146 back. So we called ***** again, they said it is an Amazon problem. We called Amazon they said it is an Aosom problem. So we have an unopened table, we do.not have our $146.Thank you,*****

      I have bought canopies 2 different times from Aosom recently. A 10'x10' and a 10'x20' both with the USA Flag motif/pattern. I'm a very careful buyer when I order anything on the internet. Having said that, I researched Canopies off and on for about a month. Aosom stood out from all the rest. Great website/pics/description/ easy pay/and Very Fast shipping. They were perfect!! You should definitely buy from AOSOM!

      My recent encounter with Aosom, facilitated through ****** platform, has been incredibly disappointing. I purchased a computer chair with massage function, only to receive a product missing essential components such as the piston, wheels, and legs. Despite assurances of a replacement, the subsequent delivery was even more deficient, indicating a glaring lack of quality control and oversight within Aosom's operations.Furthermore, the condition of the box, which had been resealed with multiple layers of tape, raises concerns about the integrity of Aosom's supply chain. Despite multiple attempts to rectify the situation, communication regarding return and refund procedures has been lacking, exacerbating the frustration.This experience not only reflects poorly on Aosom's commitment to customer satisfaction but also raises questions about ****** oversight of the vendors they endorse. I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when dealing with Aosom and hope that ****** will take appropriate action to address this matter.

      Thank you so much for taking the time to leave your feedback. I am so sorry to hear the original item as well as the full replacement item we provided was missing parts. I was able to locate your order in our system and review all of the correspondence and do see you have been assisted with this issue and are receiving a full refund, as the replacement was missing parts. Please keep an eye out for the email containing the pick-up information for the item.

      In regard to the quality control issue you mentioned, all of the items arrive to us pre-packed from the manufacturers overseas, so we unfortunately do not know about missing parts, or any possible issues with the item, until the customer does. Now that we know two items have had issues, we can pass the information to our product team to look into as there may possibly be a problem with the entire batch, we again thank you for providing us with this valuable information.

      I ordered an office chair with heat and massage. After unpacking I found the chair to be too low even in the highest adjustable position and the front edge of the chair is so much higher then the seat of the char it hurt the bottom of my thighs and since the seat of the buttock area is so low it is vary difficult to get up off the chair.I offered to return the chair with full remittance but they wanted me to pay for return shipping. The chair costs $180 and the shipping costs $130, They refuse to pay for a detective product of theirs.

      I ordered a kitchen cart from Aosom. The shipping company lost one of my boxes. When I finally got the lost box, there was no hardware. I talked to several agents and they sent me the hardware. 2 times it was wrong, like someone just picked some random screws and threw it in a box. I will not be shopping with them again. They do not return calls when you leave a voice mail. I tried several times. This was one of the worst shopping experiences that I have ever had.

      They are very expensive given they sell cheap products that don't last. I've bought different portable greenhouses from them and one type leaked like crazy and didn't even make it through the summer season, so I bought a different type. The second type did a bit better, but the zippers broke after just one season. They made it through the 2022-2023 winter, but one of them collapsed a few weeks ago on top of everything I had stored in it. The second type that collapsed advertises "heavy duty frames" and nothing on the sales page states that they cannot be kept up year round. I contacted them through their customer service email to explain what happened and they didn't even bother to respond. They marked the issue "resolved" without contacting me or doing anything to resolve the issue.I've only purchased greenhouses and gardening items from them and while the products look nice on their website, they're flimsy and cheap when you receive them. I will no longer be purchasing anything from them and I would advise people to proceed with caution if they decide to order anything from Aosom.

      We purchased a recliner and when the recliner was put togather , the swivel did not work properly and the chair leaned to one side. I contacted customer service, they sent me shipping labels to send the chair back which we did. They reimbursed the cost of the chair but will not reimburse the shipping which is $94.95. I contacted customer service again , I was told we had buyers remorse and they will not reimburse the shipping cost.

      I understand that you've been in contact with our **************** Team already regarding your return.  We are sorry that the return shipping charges weren't refunded to you but in cases where a customer claims the item is defective, we ask for a photo showing what the issue was so we can determine who is responsible for the return shipping costs. Since we didn't receive proof that the item was defective, we refunded the entire amount of the purchase, less the return shipping costs which you originally agreed to.
