On Tuesday of September 27th,2022 my car was towed out the the parking lot for *** * ****** **, Allentown PA ***** before 6:40am. I woke and saw my car was not there and immediately called The ************ number listed on the sign in front of the parking lot. Despite my vehicle being registered to the apartment building of *** * ****** **, where it was towed. There was no answer from the time of 7:15am-8:15am. I was unable to go go to work and had to call out. As a result I took an **** to the tow truck location listed online when you ****** search, “JPM Towing Allentown, PA”. When I searched the location of the Tow truck company online and the only location that came up via internet search was 351 S Route 100 Allentown, Pa 18106-9212. The location listed on several websites was incorrect and led me to a trucking company warehouse. After calling the x**** number listed on the sign, and still getting no answer despite it being listed as a 24/7 hour service. As a result of being sent to the wrong location, I searched the x6580 phone number and a tow truck company referred to as “********* ******” appeared. In total I spent $57.96 in **** fare traveling to the JPM location listed originally to the “********* ******” location listed from the phone number search. When I arrived at the ******* ****** location listed as **** ***** ****, Allentown, PA, *****, I did not see a sign for ******* ****** in the ***** building. Yet I did see a JPM sign on the plaza building sign, however no building unit corresponding to JPM AT THE **** ***** location. In my failed attempts to get in contact with JPM, I also tried contacting ******* *******(Real Estate VP of ***** Properties) and left a few voicemails before getting touch. I was told by ******* that the x**** number I was dialing was not linked to JPM despite the voicemail prompting to leave a message for tow inquiries at JPM. ******* then instructed me to call a man named ***** at ********** due to none of my attempted pho

*this is a continuation of my complaint from 10/5/22 regarding the ***** Group’s marketed affiliation with JPM Towing from when my car was towed on 9/27/22* ******* then instructed me to call a man named ***** at ********** due to none of my attempted phone calls or voicemails being received by *****. After calling ***** I was told I would be able to retrieve my car at 10:00am when he arrived on site. Once ***** arrived I was denied any credit/debit card use to pay the tow storage fee and was required to pay in cash. After paying in cash $250 I was told by ***** of JPM Towing, that I would receive a receipt via text. However I didn’t receive any receipt of the transaction by the end of the day on 9/27/22. I then followed up with ***** of JPM Towing on 10/1/22, 10/4/22, and 10/5/22 and was told I would receive a receipt via text, yet still have been denied my proof payment from 9/27/22 when I retrieved my vehicle.

On October 14, 2021, I purchased some jewelry at a Landau Jewelry Counter located at the ******************  Mulvane, Kansas. I purchased a lovely Opal Necklace for my sister as a gift. The sales ladies pulled a tennis bracelet out of cabinet told me it was Opal stones in 925 silver setting that would match perfectly the Opal necklace. I bought the tennis bracelet believing it to be Opals and learned after the fact it is actually semiwhite opal beads. I returned to the sales ladies with receipt and the tennis bracelet upset that I was wrongly informed purchased what I believed to be Opal tennis bracelet it was a fake and I wanted a refund. The ladies moved around few things retrieved a little sign size of a note card which stated no refunds all sales final. I was told I was purchasing an Opal tennis bracelet at no point prior to the purchase was I informed of company policy no refunds and wasn't until I'd paid for the bracelet I learned it was a fake it was not Opals it was opal beads. It had no precious stones in it that it was intact beads produced in a factory and in no way matched the Opal Necklace. The ladies then stated the only option was I exchange the fake bracelet with another item had to be of equal value or higher could not be lesser value and then proceeded to tell me only had 1 item equal value it was a ring if I didn't want the ring I would need to select an item of greater value and pay the difference. I was lead to believe the tennis bracelet was Opals it is a fake now being told I'd need to exchange it for another piece of jewelry that I will pay more for or keep the fake bracelet or exchange for a ring that was of equal value. This is outrageous. The tennis bracelet hasn't even been worn I returned it exact like it came with receipt that shows I had paid cash. Honestly should file criminal charges against this company for selling fake jewelry claiming to be real stones.
