I sent a request for a replacement to a power cable for my grill while it was under warranty on 5/20. They confirmed it was under warranty and would send a replacement on 5/24. Originally was told that after 3 days I would have a tracking number its now 6/20 and I still have no tracking number. Every follow up email I have sent has been met with very vague time frames like "not too long". I feel that a month going by from my original request is way too long for me to receive the product let alone an eta or tracking number for when I can expect to receive the product. Without the power cable the grill is inoperable. There is no damage to the power cable. It just stopped working.Initial Complaint

Bought a GMG this Summer, it has never worked. The fan and electrical system are burnt up in it. We tried to return it to *** * in Colorado Springs and they refused it. We contacted GMG and requested out money back, they told us no. We were told GMG had reached out to a local dealer here and would send the parts to the dealer to have the problem fixed. The local dealer has never been contacted. Lie after Lie, and I am still stuck with a grill that does not work. I would like my money back so I can purchase a working unit. Warning to anyone thinking of buying a GMG: DON'T DO IT!!!
