Bensalem School of Musical Arts (Bensalem PA) is a real scam. First they tied you with the contract of 12 months with no chance to cancel it. It was my fault, i did not discuss that. I agreed with that, and continued to pay and visited school. Now, their billing department - *************** (*** *************** Ste ***  Hatboro, PA *****) telling (called July 26 at 3:30pm) that I am not able to cancel that, and they will auto-renew the contract. I did not sign any papers to renew that. I asked about options to cancel that, representative ***** gave me email address - **************************** I sent 10 emails to that email and none was delivered. So, they deliberately give the wrong email. I called the office next day (July 27) - ****** *********, asked about different options to cancel because email that ***** gave is wrong. According to them, there is no other option to cancel. On my 3rd time call, representative ***** gave me a different email - ********************** for cancelation. This email was not delivered either. Yesterday, 07/28/2022 i tried to register myself on their web, it was successful, i made screens (will attach it). It said that Renewal - NO. Still cannot get why ***** told that i have to request cancelation, if the account says "NO". I emailed again them through the account internal email - requested cancelation. Next day i wanted to check if there is any response, but i am not able to log in. System cannot recognize me, i am putting all information from the letter i received from the Member solution. I spoke to my bank ***** ** *******, 7/29/2022) and asked about my options to protect myself against future charges of this school: I have to call after the last charge (According to ***** - August 14) and bank will block this party. 2. Second issue with this school, because of the problems at school they did not provide 10 classes but religiously charged my card. School refuses refund me, or give back missed classes after the contract.

      Good afternoon,

Just want to let you know that i was contacted by the Bensalem Music School, and they agreed to cancel my auto-renewal contract (i never signed that). Owner told, it was miscommunication. And, all missed classes, 10 or 15, owner will figure out, will give us back. So, my daughter will have all required 52 classes due to the contract.

We received a letter from you in regards to a complaint from one of our clients, ******* *****. We have already spoken with this client in regards to this concern last Monday which is when she brought it to our attention. Prior to providing her with our services, we required her to sign a year term agreement with us that does state an automatic renewal will occur once the agreement has ended. It also says that in order to cancel an automatic renewal, she must give us 30 days notice before the end date on the agreement. If you need a copy of that, I'd be glad to send it over.

I believe ******* contacted our billing company, ****** *********. According to *******, they provided her with an email to cancel her automatic renewal. However, in her complaint that she left with BBB, she wrote the email address as "cancel@****************.com" and "cs@***************.com" I feel that there's a possibility she misspelled "****** *********" and that is the reason they did not receive any of her notices.

We spoke with this client and explained that when she signed the agreement with us, it states the automatic renewal. We reminded her, which was discussed at the time of enrollment, that any lessons owed to her will be made up after the end date of her agreement. We also went ahead and cancelled the automatic renewal for her.

This was all just a misunderstanding. What could we do to avoid her review from going on the BBB website? Please let me know. Thank you for your assistance!

      Sincerely,
      Belle B*******
