  I purchased a 2018 Nissan Rogue on June 17 2020 from Tregembo Motors in Bentleyville Pa. We received a registration card through the dealership and come to find out the car was not registered in my name which caused us not to be able to get it inspected due to the expiration date was May 31 2021. I called the dealership and was directed to speak to Charmaine who handles the paperwork on vehicles. She told us that the dmv was shut down and she submitted the information but never received anything back. She claims the dmv lost the registration which I come to find out was a lie. after I spoke to a representative at Penndot in the beginning of July over the phone but did not write her name down. Charmaine told me she submitted the registration form the first week of June and it would take 4-6 weeks to receive it back. I called her back 6/29/2022 she then proceeded to tell me it was rejected because my drivers license was in my maiden name and I would need to get that taken care of first. How did they not know about this when they sold the car to us which the bank approved. More fraud on their in my opinion. So I did that the same day 6/29/22 and emailed the new drivers license back to her. She then submitted it back to the Penndot and told me I would have to wait another 2-3 weeks to receive it back. I called Penndot in the beginning of July and I was told it will take another 14 business days to receive it back. I called Penndot 8/1/2022 and spoke to a woman named Nina which proceeded to tell me the car was never registered in mine and my husbands name and that I would be receiving a rejection letter because of an unpaid balance of $30. Charmaine never mentioned the balance of $30 plus I never received a call back from Charmaine. These people at tregembo don’t know whats going on. I drove around a whole year without my car being registered not knowing all of this. I also have all the times I called them on my phone the dates. Fake Registration. We will email You.

  In the matter of ****** ***** complaint There was in fact a error the registration. We have worked diligently to have this matter corrected for the above mentioned. Unfortunately this process takes longer than either the customer we would like. We are in fact utilizing the P.A.A. to expedite this matter. While we understand this is frustrating for the customer it is, in fact a error. Errors simply do not rise to the level of fraud as the customer has alleged several times in the complaint. We assert this claim to be baseless and without merit.
