Tuskes Homes built our house, We closed on 5/4/22 with a one year home builder warranty from date of closing. Our Original independant home inspectors report. Noted negative toward the house in rear, Pictures show drainage was not proper be the the undermining of the ground from Sump Drainage pipe water going to back towards the home towards the rear escape window undermining the dirt at such point leaving a large hole, On 5/1/23 this problem due to the rain water caused our sump pump to be overwelmed recycling the water back to the house causing a flood of water in our basement destroying the contents walls , carpet etc, The sump pump discharge design was improper especailly including a insufficent one and half diameter pvc discharge only 5 feet long unable to drain storm water away from our home. Also in accordance to ****** Township building code. We have video , pictures and written documentation , On the date of the flood the home was still under warranty, We are requesting Tuskes homes repairs the interior of our home to same condition upon the day we closed on our home due to the insufficent and poor sump pump design, If this we cannot be done. We request financial reimburstment to have this done based on a detailed written estimateInitial Complaint

Since Purchasing our home in August 2020, we have had concerns about our 2nd floor HVAC being undersized. Tuskes contractor, ********* HVAC has been to our home multiple times over the last 2 years but has yet to provide any information other then that their internal calculations deem sizing appropriate. Over this period, I have provided them data showing the unit unable to maintain temperature and running excessively. I have provided them links to web based sizing calculators, supporting my concerns of the unit being undersized. I have contacted a 3rd party to conduct a thermal load calculation, which again supported my concerns of the unit being undersized. Most recently ********* came back out to my house to measure the airflow out or each vent and balance the system. Additional findings in their visit were that window blinds were open, insulation around recessed LED lighting was pushed away and there was a thermostat setting which would turn back the setpoint when no motion was detected, however in reviewing the history of set points with them, there were in fact no setpoint changes made therefore voiding this concern. Upon receiving the service report with *** by room, I reviewed the camera footage from 2 of the rooms and discovered that the *** measured in each room, does not match the *** provided on the reports. They came back advising that there was an honest error and that the *** numbers provided included the closet areas, however based upon camera footage the numbers they provided sill do not align with the report. Tuskes has advised they contacted other local vendors to conduct a sizing calculation and they calculated the same as Hannabery. I requested these calculations several weeks ago but have yet to receive them. I have offered to review this footage with the Tuskes Management team, however they have not yet taken me up on this offer. Tuskes Management has advised they consider the matter closed, despite all of the concerns and evidence I provid
