After replacing both struts in the front and end link. The right strut failed and is making the same clunking noise from when Gilboy ford replaced it the first time. I took it back to Bethlehem ford and told them the noise is back from the right strut. The foreman had me get into the car with him for a test drive I said no need put the car in park and turn the steering wheel. He heard it. 15 minutes later he said the hardware to the mount failed. They had my car 2 weeks to have it fail 2 days later. I went back and told them I'm not paying for there mistakes. They said they would call me back when they get the strut in its been over a week I called no one calls back.

A few months ago I received a letter from Ford saying that my car had a manufacturing defect and that I had to wait for the parts to be available and that they covered the warranty, I received the notification that the parts are available one day before my car was damaged it turns out that my car was damaged while using it, picking up my children in front of the school. In order to move my car I had to use a tow truck and use my insurance because Ford did not give me the guarantee that they would do this service when it is their fault that my car was damaged due to a manufacturing defect, I took it to Ford and It turns out that they call me a day later to tell me that the battery was dead and that I had to buy a new one, I told the representative that attended me that if they could charge the battery or use another option so that it could work and he told me that there was no another option that the only option is to pay or else they could not deliver the car I agreed to pay without being able to with my credit card and I told him that if they put the new battery, the next day the representative called me telling me that I also had to pay 180 dollars for cleaning and I told her that I had not authorized any cleaning that she had only told me about the battery and that she did not have the money to pay that extra 180 dollars, what she told me was that I had to pay or else she could not take me my car, I also asked him for my old battery and that I had to pay an extra charge to take it away, I told him how is it possible and that battery is mine, the only thing I see is that Ford just wants to get money from customers at any cost They do not care about the client, they do not give them options to help us. I feel very indignant because I had to pay money that I did not have, apart from the fact that the representative spoke to me with a very bad attitude.

This business sold me a truck with a rusted frame less then a year ago I had a to go for state inspiration and they would not inspect it because there was a hole in the frame rusted I call and text them and get no answer from them
