PSPRINT HAS COMMITTED FRAUD/MISREPRESENTATION/GROSS NEGLIGENCE HERE AND I AM SEEKING A FULL REFUND IN THE AMOUNT OF $844.10. THE FACTS OF THIS COMPLAINT ARE AS FOLLOWS: ON OR ABOUT 02/11/2022 I PAID PSPRINT $844.10 TO SEND 2,000 MARKETING MAILPIECES (POSTCARDS) TO 2,000 RECIEPIENTS (PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS). (EX. 1). I EXPRESSED TO PSPRINT THAT TIME WAS OF THE ESSENCE AND IT WAS IMPERATIVE THAT THESE PCARDS BE RECEIVED BY ALL 2000 RECIPIENTS NO LATER THAN 03/01/2022. I DETRIMENTALLY RELIED, NOT ONLY ON PSPRINT'S VERBAL ASSURANCE, BUT ALSO ON THEIR EXPRESSLY STATED PROMISE/CLAIM ON MY JOB ORDER MANIFEST, THAT CLEARLY STATES MY 2000 PCARDS WOULD BE RECEIVED WITHIN A "5 BUSINESS DAYS" TURNAROUND TIME. (EX.2).THESE PCARDS WOULD BE RENDERED USELESS IF NOT RECEIVED ON OR BEFORE 03/01/2022, HENCE THE REASON I SUB'D MY ORDER BACK ON 02/11/2022. I WAS GIVEN AN ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE OF 02/25/2022. (EX.2). ON 02/25/2022 I CALLED PSPRINT AND ODDLY NOTHING HAD BEEN SENT. ON 02/28/2022,.3 DAYS LATER, I THEN RECEIVED NOTIFICATION FROM PSPRINT THAT MY PCARDS HAD BEEN MAILED.(EX.2/3). PSPRINT'S CLAIM LATER TURNED OUT TO BE A FALSE. DURING THE FIRST WEEK OF MARCH MY CONCERNS GREW AND I CALLED PSPRINT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE AND REQUESTED THEY PROVIDE ME WITH A RECIEPT FOR THE POSTAGE COSTS, THEY REFUSED, THEY ALSO CLAIMED THAT THEY SENT ME A SAMPLE OF ONE OF THE 2000 PCARDS, WHICH I NEVER RECIEVED. ON 03/11/2022 I REACHED A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP WHO AGREED TO SEND ME A SHIPPING MANIFEST OF MY ORDER, IT CLEARLY SHOWS THAT AS OF 03/11/2022 NEARLY HALF OF THE PCARDS ("865") WERE MAILED "LATE."(EX.3) UPON RECIEVING THIS INFO AND BEING DENIED PROOF OF POSTAGE MY SUSPICIONS GREW AND I DECIDED TO CONTACT THE 2000 RECIPIENTS AND NOT ONE WAS ABLE TO CONCEDE RECIEVING MY PCARDS THAT PSPRINT HAD CLAIMED IT MAILED AND CHARGED ME $844.10 FOR. THEREFORE, I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY CONSIDERATION FOR THE $844.10 I PAID PSPRINT AND IT IS APPARENT THEY HAVE COMMITTED FRAUD, AND AS SUCH I SEEK A FULL REFUND.
