we hire AJV Roofing to reaper the gutter system in our building , pay him $2400 he cash the check and did not complete the work I call him so many time he did not answer the phone his voicemail is full. send him latter no respond.Initial Complaint

Transaction took place April of last year we gave him money to do siding n he never did job he took our money n lied to us keep saying he's going to pay us back it's now a year later n he still owes us 4700$ n he's ignoring us all i want is our Money back went to magistrate for it also n the address that constable went to the girlfriend said he no longer lives there he rips ppl offInitial Complaint

A contract was signed with A.J.V. Roofing by both *************************, owner, and I, for the contract price of $13,535.00, on September 14, 2021, to replace both my house and garage roofs. At that time, an upfront payment of 50% was made by check #*** to ************************* for the amount of $6,767.50. Since the check cleared ************************ account on September 16, 2021, I suddenly did not hear from him anymore. He has made no effort to get in touch with me or start the roofing project he was hired to do. I have called and texted him on sixteen (16) separate occasions to either be ignored or told that he would be over to start the job and has always failed to show up. I have sent Demand Letters to addresses in both Nanticoke and Hanover Township (which are the last known addresses I have on him) as a last resort to request my deposit back for not doing the job that he was contracted to do.
