              I have gone to ******************** since I was a kid, I have been a good patient and just recently I was refused medication due to not being seen in over a year. I understand needing to be seen since its been awhile but they are so far booked out that I couldnt get an appointment until November. I was told by a member of their staff that if had an appointment that they would fill my script to get through to my next appointment, now theyre telling me thy cannot do that. Stated I was told in April that I needed to be seen or they couldnt refill it again. I explained to them that I was dealing with a very sick dog and ultimately had to put her down on 4/20 and it totally slipped my mind. Again explained what a member of their staff had told me and still wont honor that. Not to mention I got a bill from 3/2023, I asked why Im now getting a bill over a year later. I was told that there was the claim got denied and they were appealing it, never once did I get any sort of notification about it! This office is terrible at customer service!!! Do not go to them for anything!!!!!!
