I purchased a floor lamp from this company on August 20, 2022 for $212.50. On September 15, 2022 I receive a small table lamp that was entirely different than what I ordered. I immediate reached out via email to the company to let them know that they has sent the wrong item. "Joyce E**", via email, assured me on September 18, 2022 that the item delivered was "...part of our freebie with your order. We will coordinate your request with the warehouse and we will get back to you ASAP!" On September 20, 2022 I emailed them again about the status of my order. On September 26, 2022, "Joyce" emailed and said that the item had "...shipped via sea to the US, and as soon as it arrives in the US, you should receive the package within 5 business days. As soon as it reaches the US, the order status page will be updated here" (there was no link to "here"). I got no update from them about the item hitting US shores. I emailed again to find out the status on 10/5/22, 10/25/22, 11/11/22 and today. I've not heard back from anyone. I've also tried to call them at the customer service number numerous times at ###-###-#### during hours of operations Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm PST but there is an automated message saying they are "closed at this time" and to leave a message which I have also done. At this point I just want my money back. I'm very disappointed in this merchant!Initial Complaint

I placed my order with this business on August 2, 2022. It is now November 23, 2022 and I have yet to receive my order. I contacted the business about 8 weeks after order and they said they were experiencing shipping issues. I continued to wait. Once it was clear I was not getting my item, I sent multiple inquiries for a refund. I sent another email today to their customer support about issuing a refund of $249.99. I am at my wits end. I know I wont get my money back but I am extremely unhappy to lose a large sum of money. My item was never received and I was not given shipping tracking for the item. So I believe this company has no intention to refund me or make good on their obligation as a good suppllier. Thank you for your time,*********************************Initial Complaint

On August 8, 2022 I ordered and paid $147.98 for a ***************** Lamp from a company called Kansona Designs. Order #****. I first contacted them by email on August 21 because although I received a confirmation of my order, I did not receive any shipping information. I also had paid for priority shipping. They said my order was coming by sea from China and there would be no information until it landed in the US. I emailed them again on September 13, and they blamed the delay on Covid-19, and warehouse delays. They said in their email that cancellation and refund was impossible. Their customer service phone number was disabled and email was their only option. I emailed again on October 8th and October 13th and got no reply. I emailed customer support again on November 5, and again received no response at all. I still want the product I ordered, but after so long, I have my doubts that I will ever receive it. The biggest problem is their lack of communication so I dont know where I stand. ***************************************************************************Initial Complaint

Ordered $250 lamp online 8/2022 never shipped, inquired and told there was a delay, no estimated delivery and could not issue refund and now not responsive. Several others report this online. No way to reach company. Phone number says they are always closed. There is another business with the same listed phone number. Worry its all a scam.
