My domestic partner, *************************, made a purchase from KNK Welding Hats on 11/18/2021 for a total of $142.50 with a confirmation number ***********. On 11/20/2021 a purchase was made from the same business by me, ***************************, from the same account for a total of $25.90 with a confirmation number **********. We have ordered from them in the past and never had any issues. I had been receiving emails stating that they were working on some changes and that orders were delayed but were still being worked on. I tried reaching out through email on January 21, 2022, with no response. Another email was sent on March 15, 2022 with no response, and the last attempt to contact them was on June 27, 2022. If we are unable to receive the items that were purchased, all we would like is a refund.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with this company in September 2021 and received an email confirmation and the order arrived as expected. I placed another order for $200USD and was charged this amount to my credit card on November 7, 2021. I did not receive a confirmation email nor any kind of order number or tracking information. I ordered my husband welding hats total charge $60.25 on 12/19/2021. I contacted the ink hats and received a message they were running behind in the orders due to lack of workers. My credit card was charged and no items shipped. I have them ample time to ship the hats but I have heard nothing from the company. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. I have bought many welding hats from her in years past now I have been taken advantage of.Initial Complaint

I placed an order for welding caps that totalled around $90 on December 4, 2021. The money was withdrawn from my account on December 5th. Approximately a month ago I tried contacting them via email to see what was going on with my order. On December 6th, 2021 I ordered 4 welding hats at $15 each. I received an order confirmation with a confirmation number and a promise that I would receive a shipping notification soon. I placed an order (number **********) on November 4th for three welding caps. On December 6th, I emailed the company, using the provided email address in my order confirmation email. I was just looking for some kind of update. I've emailed six times and commented on their ******** page three times. I've never received any kind of communication back. They tried to message me on ********, but just started a chat with no words, and then closed it before I could ask anything. I've ordered from this company before with zero issues. I'm worried they just stole my $42 dollars. It's not much money, but I'd still like it back. I feel like I've gave them ample time to communicate with me before submitting this complaint.
