On 07/13/22 I ordered food from Wing Hing through their online delivery service. They called me saying they did not hva e a driver. So I just asked them to cancel the order. They then told me a driver was on the way. 30 minutes passed and there was still no food. I called them back and was then told that the driver would not be in until 2:30. So they LIED to me. I then asked once again to have the order cancelled and my money refunded. They refused to refund me my money. The woman said she can't because I used their online delivery service. Then woman then gave my the number for the company that runs the website. The woman directed me back to the restaurant. I have still yet to receive a refund.
