      Kias customer service is terrible. Snotty and arrogant service department. Service Manager is very rude and hostile. Service desk employees is a total joke. You try to address genuine concern and questions, and she just laughs in your face. Everything is so funny to her. Shes very cocky and even talks rudely of her superiors. Upper management is no better. Everything is a laughing matter. Managers disappear whenever you ask to speak to them over hours. Then ironically call you immediately upon you leaving. Take days to get back to your emails, and when they do they are of no help. Bought an extended warranty, which is of no value to have. The manufacturer warranty doesnt even cover a $1 fuse replacement. Car is barely a year old. Terrible place to do business with. Take your money elsewhere, and if you do buy off them dont purchase the extended warranty. Save your money!

      purchased my 2019 Colorado there. the salesman was quite fair. Gave me blue book for my trade-in. It had over $3500 worth of extras added. I asked for a spare set of steel wheels for winter treads. That was agreed apon. It took me months of calling to finally get them. I then started to have electrical problems. I made multiple trips to the dealership over the problem. Was told that it was an isolated problem and that they were working on it. I checked on-line only to find multiple complaints for the same problem. This went on for over a year. Turns out it was a software issue. The service dept was elusive with information of what was going on at their end. They would keep it for a week at a time with no results. The latest, I went in for an inspection to find out it wouldn't pass because of a crack in the taillight lens. So I questioned the bill. I was treated poorly by the attendant. I paid and left. While leaving the lot, the light wasn't working. I returned. Tossed the keys to the attendant and asked her to have them look at it again because the light wasn't working. She picked up my keys and threw them across the room and started to scream at me. Telling me Her fellow employee just had a heart attack and she didn't my sh??. She then stormed out and stated she was going to get the manager. He showed up and I explained to him what had just transpired. They found the problem. Put it back together without fixing it and told me what I need to do to fix it myself. A simple electrical connection that was installed by a third party when installing the tow hitch. After everything I went thru that day, they didn't fix the problem. I have never been treated so badly in my life.

      Im May 2021, the engine in our vehicle failed. It was towed to the dealership. It took till October give or take to get vehicle back from dealer. The same day that we picked up vehicle, the same issue happened again. Engine failed, along with various other components. Dealer towed vehicle 2 days later, to perform repairs. The second time around we did not get the vehicle back till February 2022, and still have the check engine light on., they advised us that the Oxygen sensor is faulty and needs replaced. All of these issues that have happened are purportedly supposed to be covered by the **** Engine settlement. Which all of the above have been fixed, twice, however not completely. As stated to myself at the service department at the dealership by the service manager, is that oil was being dumped into the exhaust system, because of the engine defect, which caused the catalytic converter to fail, which is where these oxygen sensors are located, or be right before and one directly mounted the on the catalytic converter. Which failed because of the oil from the failed engine, that was recalled. They replaced the converter, but not the sensors, which doesnt make sense, on any level, why not replace the sensors as well since they are part of this assembly. Well the dealer and manufacturer would not do anything at all to resolve the issue. After calls to both of them, also after the initial call, no messages or communication was ever returned to us, after leaving various messages. I had to go there in person numerous times to get any communication. And at those times I was lied to and at one of those that is when **** the service manager told me about the oil being dumped into the exhaust system.
