Approximately 7-1-22. I received my clothes back from Best laid seams after she missed up and shortened them too short. Now she had cut material off the legs that I can't get back. So I asked her to let the hem down on all the pj's and pants I gave her, since she made the mistake. So when i received them back. They still look funny. One pants leg is shorter than the other leg. So I now have to take all of them to someone else to fix. But my problem is, I'm missing my pair of black sweats that where to tight at the bottom of pants. To let some of the elastic out at the bottom of each leg. The pants are missing. I called and ****** the owner she said wasn't in. I talked to someone else in the shop. Very small company. Who says in all the time that she has been there they have never lost anything. They have been in the process of moving into a different location. So I'm thinking they could have gotten lost then not sure what happened I had paid her $74.00 #****. She said " we will call you when we find them. In other words they aren't going to find them. I asked what are you going to do about this matter, again she says we will call you when we find them. I want a refund. Full amount, because she missed up on all the clothes. Then lost my sweats.
