I wish I would of researched better, bought a pool and a jacuzzi at the same time ! Pool installation was a nightmare and contractors were a joke and not researched by the company thoroughly. They came to my home as a family affair and very unprofessional and left my pool and accessories in disarray , the mess was unbelievable!!!! Had several issues with the pump , first the installers tried to cover up that the pump was cracked then tried to conceal it with pipe dope. Then we found out the pump was not big enough for our pool! Headache!! Then we paid for them to close our pool ! Ugh, big mistake!!! Had them come over twice to close correctly. Nope , dont bother! Save your money with this company and stay far away! Valley Pools is my go too now. Update: A third service call was made due to the cover coming off again . This time a new tarp was put on over the existing tarp that was not removed from the pool. They then added more filled pool Antifreeze jugs to weight the tarp down which to my understanding, jugs should never be used , it may cause corrosion to the walls, and rip the cover. They then proceeded to use the pool cover seal which the two men looked confused on how to apply the seal ,as I watched them read the instructions on the box. Approximately a week after the seal wrap was put on , it completely came off. This is absolutely unacceptable and frustrating to have to make yet a fourth service call to get the job done correctly which has been paid in full. Called and spoke with **** and was told that they would not service us unless we deleted this review. Threats in return for your service , No Thank you !!!! Unprofessionalism at it best! Good job Seven Seas.

This companies choice of above ground pool intsaller was completely unproffesional and left our yard a complete mess and the area unsafe. They dug straight down into our yard, did not slope back the hillside and left a 42 inch vertical wall of dirt 1 to 2 ft from the pool that would have collapsed into the side of the pool wiping it out. They also left some parts of the edge undercut so that there was only a few inches of dirt on top and then nothing under it so if you stepped on the edge it collapsed under you and you would fall into the hole. When i questioned the installer about it and its safety he said "well this is how i do it". He then called who i assume is the pool companies general manager and said that i was ******** at him and he was going to leave. Had he told me he was not going to slope the hillside back ahead of time i would of never let him install the pool. It was just common sense to me that it would be sloped back. I had to hire an outside company to fix it which took ********************************************************** 1 to 2 hours had they known how to operate the equipment they had rented to dig and not been in such a hurry to leave, They also left a giant pile of sand in my yard that could have been easily cleaned up by the 4 workers. A proffesional company would have laid down a tarp or plywood for the sand to be dropped on so it could be cleaned up before they left. The installer had no respect for our property what so ever. I have tons of pics but i guess i cant post them here. They couldnt even dig the trench for my electric to the pool. If you use this company you better expect to do way more work or spend way more money than you expected to becuase they'll apparently just hire anyone to install their pools.
