Terrible customer service. Pleased an order via their web site on Nov 28. No communication regarding it status.

We responded to the customer's 12/04/23 email on 12/05/23 with the following statement. "Thank you for contacting us. We are currently experiencing slight shipping delays due to extremely high volume, and it looks like your order has not shipped yet. Our warehouse staff is currently working hard to get packages out as quickly as they can, so your order will ship as soon as possible. Once it ships, you should receive tracking information to the email address that you provided on your order. If you dont receive this information within the next few days, please contact me again and I would be happy to provide you with any additional information that I have. We apologize for the inconvenience, and appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.Our order status notification system does provide the customer with updates when the order is placed, when a shipping label has been prepared, when the order is scanned by the carrier at pick up, when the order is in route and when it is delivered. If such notifications are not received, we advise the customer to check their email junk or spam folders.Review from JJ T

I purchased this product about more than month ago and the paint already came off the pan. If this pan cannot handle 400 deg temperature of baking, it is a garbage product. I emailed their support department and they simply repoint you towards the retailer that sold you the product.Buyer before. If you are using this product, make sure you check that the paint did not come off. I ingested the paint and realized afterwards the paint had come off.USA Pan Response

Based on the information provided in the customer's review, we are not able to locate a record of being contacted by this customer. If a customer is dissatisfied with their purchase and an item is purchased from one of our retailers, our policy is to instruct customers to return the item to the retailer of purchase for a replacement or refund. If time has elapsed beyond the retailer's return policy time limit, a warranty claim can be submitted for review. Warranty claim information is listed on the USA Pan website. Our products are not painted but rater coated with a clear silicone non-stick coating that is cured at 500 degrees F and therefore, are not adversely affected by a temperature of 400 degrees F. Company uses negligent and insecure practices in handling of customer PII, exposing customers to additional risk of fraud and identity theft ironically in the name of their fraud protection policy. (Payments accepted but fulfillment subsequently withheld unless customers forward driver license/identity documents by insecure email -- no other secure means accepted -- or else transactions are unilaterally canceled.)USA Pan Response

We reached out to the customer who was very understanding and accepting of our apology. We offered to re-process the order and the customer was satisfied with the resolution.
