I hired Scott B********* to complete powerwashing on my outside patios/decks and play set. On 4/1/22 Scott powerwashed everything using to much pressure and ruined my colored patio and my 16x16 composite deck. The stain on the railing of my pool deck and child's play set is also ruined needing restained/sanded. On 4/4/22 I showed Scott in person all of the damage he caused and he took full responsibility and acknowledged his mistake. He stated that he would fix it and that's what his insurance is for and he would get back to me. On 4/18/22 I texted Scott asking for a status as he did not let me know what his insurance company said or what the resolution would be. On 4/27/22 I texted and sent a Facebook message to Scott as he has not had any communication since 4/4 for a status. On 5/5/22 I texted and sent another fb message to Scott letting him know that I will file a complaint with BBB. To date 7/18/22 Scott has not responded to any message that I had sent.
