On the week of December 26th to January 2nd I had Lukasz G********** one of the owners/contractor of the business to complete a full remodel in my bathroom due bathtub cracking and getting a leak going from the second floor to the first floor, all the material was purchased by me as we both went to the stores to pick up all materials needed, so the only payment requested from Chris and Sons Construction LLC is for labor cost only. During the middle of the job Lukasz received $350 as payment was requested by him. Full tub was replaced and then tiles were installed. I asked if any water tests were done because I noticed that wasn't tested before tiles were installed. Before anything else was installed I personally ran a water test myself down the drain and ended up getting a leak from the PVC pipe Lukasz decided to redo with a new drain kit he had me purchase. Once I see how he wanted to fix this leak by using primer glue and cement glue, I questioned his work and now my calls are ignored and **** *** request for a refund of $350 has been declined. I now hired another plumber and contractor to redo the work that was done as well as had to remove shower panel to reset the shower body to the proper functional direction as Chris and Sons Construction installed it sideways with the "UP" position pointing to the right. The grout between the tile also started to chip out as soon as it dried.Business response

On december 26Th ******** ********, who is a long time friend and my next door neighbor asked me for a favor to remodel his 2nd floor bathroom, since I am a licensed business owner in construction and home insurancee was involed. I agreed. He never "hired" Chris and sons construction. No contract was ever mentioned or excuted. The work that was done by me was full demo and removal of the existing bathroom. Walls and the piece of floor that was cut out to fix the drian problem, which was broken and had to be replaced. Also layed new floor down, new sheet rock for the walls, spackling and installed the new bathtub. Unbeknowest to me there was a 2nd leak that came from the pipe in the basement, nothing to do with the 1st damaged pipe I fixed in the bathroom. Also the tiled grouted floor was not suppose to be steppd on for at least 24 hours which he ignored. Me and ******** made more then 8 trips to **** ***** and ***** etc. Alot of time was put into that bathroom and I only recieved $350 for my time and energy, and we agreed upon roughly $5,000. Worked for 10 plus days, long hours and through the holidays. I do not believe i owe ******** ******** the underpayment of $350 that I recieved
