I was billed for a renewal of a AAA membership which I did not authorize. I had been a member of AAA ********** co. since 1998. Last year, my membership was "transferred" to Northampton county. Every year, I have received a renewal notice, and "chose" to renew by check. On July 11, I was billed $45 that I never authorized. They told me, when I called, that I was automitically renewed and billed. My current membership is good until July 31. I moved in December, and no longer want or need this membership for the next year. I asked why, they just told me that I was enrolled in auto -pay (which I believe someone there did fraudulently). I asked to have the charges reversed, since my current membership is good until July 31, and the one they are billing me for doesn't start until August 1. They told me I have to send them back my paid for and current membership card, before they can do anything.Business response
