I reached out to ******** regarding touring her venue in September, where we quickly agreed that is where I would be having my December wedding, just 3 months away. Put down a ***** deposit. Met with her only one time after the original meeting where we discussed layout and pricing. I told her I wanted the emerald **** plan, and that I would be having around 100 people. She had her pricing pamphlet on her official ****** website so that is where I was referring to for pricing. She also knew this as well as I mentioned to her what I thought the final numbers would be. That was in October. For the next 2 months, I reached out to ******** several times for the final invoice, via text and email. She told me she would get it to me and never did. She finally sends me the invoice on Tuesday ( wedding is that Saturday). To my surprise, the final number was nearly double what I thought I was going to pay. I was shocked. My husband and I worked out butts off to pay what we could afford, so to see that price really left me speechless, I thought for sure she got it wrong. I called her and it went downhill from there. She refused to speak to me. Had her boyfriend, who she lied and called a manager, talk to us on the phone where he yelled at us and refused to accept the prices on ******, He stated that the correct pricing was on there ******** page, a page that only had 100 or so likes and didn't even look legitimate. ******** refused to give us an itemized list for pricing, kicked us out, and refused to throw my wedding 4 DAYS before. This was such a traumatizing experience. She also refused to give me my ***** deposit back. I gave her the opportunity to make it right by just giving me my money back and she never did.
