Oct 15 I received my car from bobs irresistible in *******. When I got in the car the oil change light was on they told me to come in the following Thursday to get it fixed I also noticed the inspection was due in 2 months. I was told they cant sell a car that is under 6 months out. I have also noticed in the week I have had it the gas pedal does not seem to want to go. I got to the car place which does the car maintenance there and they said they were to busy and have me call back tomorrow. I contacted the car place once i left because i would just like the down payment back and give them the car back and take my business else where. He accused me of doing this because I dont have the money due todaywhich is not the case. and said I cannot get my money back and take the car back.he told me to bring the car back to get whatever it needs fixed but I just want to take my services else where he was ignorant and just hung up on me. Iv only given them 600 out of 1000 for the down payment I would just like the money back

We apologize for this miscommunication. Our service department has an appointment for this vehicle today 10.24.24 The customer did not show up this morning for the appointment. The customer was advised that we are happy to diagnose this vehicle, and see what the problem is so that we can repair it for the customer. When we were contacted by the customer today, we asked if they would like to reschedule their appointment. All we ask is that customer contacts our service department to make an appointment at the customer's convenience.

The date of transaction was 4/10/2024. The paid amount is $1,000. The nature of the dispute is that the car that I am making payments on has a problem that can't be fixed as stated by one of the workers and the company refuses to switch the car for a different one. I have taken the car back to the shop a numerous amount of times and the problem continues after every time they claim they have fixed it. The manger states that I must put down $1,000 more in order to switch my car. I don't know what my next step should be at this time.

Our company offered to replace the vehicle's transmission at no cost to the customer. The customer did not want to wait for that repair to be completed. The customer decided to not make the remainder of the down payment on the vehicle, and she signed the vehicle title back over to the dealer with no further balance owed, and without future collections activity.

I financed a 2012 chevy malibu from bobs irresistible Feb 28th 2022. It was time for my inspection In February 2023. I took the car to two local car dealership, and they would not even touch the car because of how much damage was done to the car. I only drove the car 37,000 miles and didn't see why I had more than 1600 dollars worth of damages done to my car. The mechanics told me that the dealership that I financed the car from sold me a rusted out car, as they seen that I alone could have not racked up 1600 dollars worth of vehicle damage in just one year of having the car. I had to get my car towed to bobs irresistible because the tranny went out even though I was not driving the car because of my inspection sticker was up in Feb of 2023. Bobs irresistible recieved my car and told me what the other mechanics had told me that the car is no good. Only after having the car for a year and putting 37,000 miles on it the car is not repairable. Bobs irresistible is not trying to resolve the issue but instead wants me to put down 1000 dollars to finance another vehicle. I feel as though it is not my responsibility to pay anything, because they sold me a bad vehicle. In total I paid over 4,000 dollars last year for the vehicle and currently still paying my car note, even though I can't drive the car because of the outdated sticker and unopperative vehicle. I owe approximately 3,500 dollars on the car. 1.Car frame was not passable for inspection. /Rusted car frame. 2. Rockers are rotted 3. Rotted muffler 4. Bearings both sides bad 5. Lower arm bushing were bad

We are terribly sorry for *********** situation.

The vehicle did come with a new PA. inspection, and a 30 Day 1,000 Mile warranty on the engine, and transmission. *** ****** reached out to our business for some assistance with new inspection for 2023. We brought the car into our shop, and made an estimate of repairs on 3-14-23 which came to a total of $1001.34  Our company, and *** ****** agreed to split that bill with both parties paying half. *** ****** brought his car back to our shop for the inspection, and it was discovered that the transmission was not operating correctly. After pricing used transmissions our company decided it would be a better decision to trade *** ****** to a different vehicle, and in order to do that our company policy is the Pa. sales tax, and applicable fees are collected at the time of delivery as it is a whole new deal with 6% sales tax on the price of the vehicle, and fees to register the vehicle.

We are truly trying to resolve this issue, and keep *** ****** as he is a great customer, and we appreciate his business here. I think we all know used cars can be stressful. Without the intention of seeming like a smart Alek, we wish we could see the future of mechanical, and weather issues that occur on 10,11, 12 year old vehicles here in the good old rustbelt. Unfortunately we cannot, and we have to deal with these situations the best we can. Idaniel we are trying. You're a good guy, and a great customer, there are just a few obstacles we have to navigate past to make this work for both of us. Thank you for your time. I look forward to talking to you soon.

On March 2nd Bob's irresistible repossessed my car, I never got a letter or anything, I called on March 17 to see if I could get my car out , and was told they sold it. On the back of his paperwork I signed when purchasing the car it says I should get a letter before sales, and sale price is going towards what I owe. I called again stating I need a letter saying it was sold, and asked receptionist if I owed anything she stated no. Manager comes on the phone and refuses to give me the letter and says I still owe the whole amount. It's on his own paperwork that says I do not! I want the letter stating I owe nothing. Because car is sold and his own employer stated the truth.

A letter of repossession was sent to customer via certified mail 3-3-23

Loan payment was over $600 in arrears. Customer has 15 days from time of repossession to make account current, and maintain ownership of vehicle, if

account is not made current within the 15 days vehicle then becomes sole property of dealer/finance company.

I finance a Honda cv-r through Bob irresistible auto on August 29th 2022 the car has a 30 day warranty for 50 percent of the engine and transmission.on the 30th of August I took this car to Firestone to get an oil change and at the time I also had them pre inspect and they said that the car needed a few things like brakes rotors and tires but they also noted that there was a transmission issue when u switch gears in reverse. I called Mike to inform him of this and he told me don't worry that I had an appointment for inspection on Thursday.on the day of my inspection they didn't fix nothing they just slapped stickers on my car when I showed them the paperwork from Firestone they said my car pass inspection wasn't nothing needed to pass inspection, I talk to Mike again and he said it's not his problem take it up with the inspection guy meanwhile my transmission in my car was getting louder. I called Mike again on Tuesday September 5th 2022 and he told me he'll have his mechanic look at it on Tuesday September 6th 2022 at 3:00 the morning of I took my car up to an transmission garage Automatic Transmission of Erie the mechanic took my car for a drive and cam back and told me there was something definitely wrong with my transmission that transmission converter was going bad and needed replaced I ask how much and he said about 1,800.00 with labor and part. At 3:30 pm on September 6th I took the car back up to Bob irresistible Auto and Mike had the mechanic take my car when the mechanic returned he said he didn't hear and or notice anything wrong with my car and was going to argue. I then ask Mike if I could switch to another car and he said no he can't do that Mike went on to say just drive it if it go out you're covered I let him know I was under the impression that this car had no issues and was safe to drive he then told me to get off his Lott that he wasn't doing anything for me.

Here at Bob's Irresistible Auto Sales, Our primary goal is to help families, and individuals
who are struggling with the consequences of limited credit history discover a better way to to find
used cars, and car loans that they may need in order to start living a better, more financially stable life.
With that being said, Our company understands that we are not dealing in brand new, perfect vehicles.
Most of our customers understand that as well. Both parties need to come to agreeable terms on some aspects
pertaining to this type of vehicle, and vehicle loan arrangements for the "class" of vehicle. Our company does
the best that we can to fulfill our clients wants, and needs.  In some cases is near impossible if one has
expectations that are a little disconnected from what some may consider reality. Our company offers a warranty.
In this particular case the customer chose to take an opinion from a third party on a repair that may, or may not be
needed in the future, and completely give up on the vehicle, and the vehicle loan. The vehicle was left out in front of our business ,
and walked away from by the client. Our company was not given a chance to make any type of special arrangements with the client.
The client was offered a full transmission replacement once the first loan payment was made. The client declined this offer. We
are truly sorry it ended this way. We would appreciate the opportunity to satisfy the situation for the client the best way possible.

Bob's irresponsible (irresistible) sold me an SUV for approx $7 k I got the balance down to 1300.00 ,ended up getting COVID and couldn't work which put me in default on my loan ( but they were ok with it) they allowed me to make what ever type of payment until I could get back to work. So by the time I went back to work my car ended up getting booted..for $700so bob's called and said they would pay to get the boot off so that it wouldn't get towed and assured me they would just add it onto my remaining $1300 balance. THEY LIED!! THE CROOKS REPOSSESSED MY TRUCK AND NEVER CALLED TO TELL ME THEY DID OR WHAT I NEEDED TO PAY TO GET IT BACK! SO I CALLED THEM AND ROB TOLD ME HE'D HAVE TO TALK TO THE OWNER TO SEE WHAT I NEEDED TO PAY AND HE'D GET BACK WITH ME! ANOTHER LIE! BC THEY NEVER EVEN CALLED!! SO WHEN I CALLED FOR THE 3RD TIME HE SAID I WAS TOO LATE AND IT WAS BEING PUT BACK ON INVENTORY! BUT HE JUST SOLD THE CAR FOR $7K AGAIN 8/2022 AND THAT BALANCE IS STILL ON MY CREDIT! I THOUGHT ONCE THE CAR WAS REPOSSESSED THEY COULD SELL IT AGAIN BUT THEY WOULD HAVE TO REMOVE ANY BALANCE FROM MY CREDIT IF THEY SOLD IT FOR MORE...HE JUST SOLD THE VEHICLE FOR 7K AGAIN,LIKE HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE??? AS A SINGLE MOM,IM NOT HAPPY WITH HOW THEY HANDLED THIS. SOMEONE NEEDS TO SUE HIM FOR ALL HIS FRAUDULENT SCHEMES!! ITS JUST NOT RIGHT TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF SINGLE MOMS WHO ARE ALREADY STRUGGLING AND TO ANYONE WITH BAD CREDIT WHO CANT AFFORD TO BUY STRAIGHT OUT!

The vehicle loan was almost $1,000 behind.

The vehicle was also parking booted by the city.

Our company paid $800 to the city to remove the parking boot.

The vehicle was also uninsured, and our company was the lien holder.

The customer was contacted by certified mail that they had 15 days to make payment arrangements.

      Customer did not respond.

Vehicle was repossessed for non-payment, and lack of insurance.

      Response to ID ********

The issue with the power steering hose was addressed, and paid for by our company.
Steering fluid leaked onto the serpentine belt that runs the alternator, which in turn made the belt slip on the pulley
that charges the battery, that issue was also addressed, and paid for by our company. (Documents can be provided)
Our company had no information  about an open door on the freeway. We cannot prove whether that is true or untrue.
Our shop is not equipped with a tire mounting machine. We have no knowledge of tires that were mounted "backwards."

The service issues, and loan repayment obligations are two different subjects.
The account was $692 behind, and the vehicle was uninsured.
The vehicle was repossessed for those two reasons. (Documents can be provided)
Our company then waived the repossession fee as the customer paid the amount in arrears,
and secured proper insurance. The vehicle is now back in the customer's possession, and the loan is in good standing.
