I have been disputing this account through the 3 credit bureaus for a while and still have never received any information about this account. I need this removed immediately from my credit report from all 3 bureaus or i will be seeking legal action. I have received no communication on this whatsoever and I have been unable to get on contact with this company.Business response

This is a fraudulent company who is accessing peoples credit, harassing them for debts that do not even belong to them. Claiming to be a debt collection agency. They have placed fraudulent credit accounts on my credit report and are not removing them. They are stealing identities and trying to force people to pay these fraudulent debts. Their customer service numbers are all disconnected so nobody can call them back. However, they call from random numbers harassing people and yelling and threatening them.Business response

Transworld Systems, Inc erroneously or fraudulently placed a collection via credit bureau under my social security number. The company claimed that they received this information and request from ************** which is a electrical utility company in Texas. I myself currently do not and have never lived in Texas and even Transworld Systems Inc has an address in Texas that is currently not mine. This is a fraudulent claim that clearing Transworld Systems does not care to address because they have no timeframe when a response is required based on their support call. Ironically, as I investigated I saw there was a soft inquiry on my credit by Transworld System on August 6th, 2023 which is suspicious since the collection as added on 09/27/23. Transworld needs to immediately remove this from my credit history before this escalates further and this company, along with their relationship with **************, needs to be investigated.Business response

I received a bill from Transworld Systems Inc account# ******** saying they are a debt collector for ************************ account # ********** and my owing $2567.23. Former creditor was ******** account ********. I do not know these companies, nor have I done business with them. I called ******** and gave the account number. It is a different customer and my name is not in their system. Nor do I owe them any money. I tried to call Transworld and ***** several times without getting a connection. Calls drop and said system down. The letter does not reference type of work billed for or service performed and billed for. It asks for me to mail payment to: ********************************************* Bill is as of 11/12/2019. Letter/bill dated 9/3/23.Thank you for helping resolve this scam.
