We requested an estimate for a whole house that we were remodeling. ****** came out as scheduled and said someone would be in touch with us later that day. We didn't hear anything that night so I called the next day as we wanted the job done the next week which they said would be no problem. ****** never returned my call and we never got a quote.

Insulation is no good. Bills higher than before. No difference in summer or winter

This house was inspected after the insulation was installed. All areas that were insulated are performing as expected. A large window in the house may be contributing to this issue.

USA insulation came to our house and made holes in our finished basement paneling and never came back to fix it. We had to pay ******** to have our basement redone. I spoke with the owner of the company who said he would only pay me ******** for the repairs (I have all the receipts). Then I never heard from him again. He refused all my calls so I sent him emails with no reply. This company never finished the job and the foam they sprayed in the walls all went to the bottom of the walls. They screwed up the attic, they sprayed in piles which my husband had to go up and even it out. They left holes in the back walls. They said they would come back and fix them but never did my husband had to. My husband is medically retired from his job because of his knees and had to straighten out their mess. Plus it cost a lot of money to fix their mistakes. I feel this company stinks and they should not be able to advertise their products because my utilities bills are still high. The only thing that happened was we lost thousands of dollars to fix their mistakes.

We just had USA insulation blow insulation into our walls. I cannot comment on the effectiveness of the product until I see some utility bills. What I do want to comment on was the workmanship and the follow up. We were sent two inexperienced technicians (1 with one month one the job and 1 with 4 months on the job.) I saw the one guy showing the other how to drill into the wall. That is OK because you have to learn, but I think he left him alone then and he ended up drilling clear into the house in three places. Then when they blew in the foam, it went into the interior of the house and ruined a chair and made a mess on the carpet and some clothes in a closet. They came in cleaned the best they could and we were reimbursed for the chair and carpet cleaning. I was told that they would send out some workers to patch the walls, We set up a date and they never showed. I ended up patching the walls my self. I want the consumer to know that when they leave your house the work is not done. I knew that they plug the holes in the siding and then use some kind of compound over the plug but i thought that when they were done, the areas were ready to paint. That is a big misconception. Their compound did not dry after 4 days and it was put in hole very sloppy. The consumer has to patch over their compound with exterior dry wall compound and sand smoother before he can paint. The salesman does not fully explain that and if you are not handy, you will have to contract that done. The sales manager and installation manager were congenial but nothing they said they would do ever happened.
