On 10/22/2022 I Purchased a heated coat from Rural King. On October of 2023 I Wanted use my coat, so I went to charge the battery, and realized that the battery was defective, and with a 2-year warranty I had to contact the Milwaukee manufacture. After speaking with a customer service representative, I was told to take my battery pack to Scott Electric which services defective batteries for either fix or replace and I delivered my Battery Pack to Scott Electric on November 2,2023. From that point moving forward I have called a few times to try and find out the status of what was going on. I called on Monday 26, February, and spoke to someone about my battery pack, and in turn was sent over to another representative left a message, and never received a call back from anyone. I called back again on 27, February and spoke to Patty and left her know that I never received a return phone from the representative in Lawrenceville,Pa,and she told me that she would contact someone and have that person give me a call. To this Day I have not heard from anybody From Scott Electric about my battery pack as far as being repaired or even being replaced, and that is all I am asking for at the moment is for someone to let me know what the status is or when my Battery will either be repaired or replaced, but for whatever reason I have tried and called a few times but for what ever reason No Body Will Return My Call, so I am asking for someone's help, and I feel bad that I have to go this route but I am getting no answers from anybody at Scott Electric.Customer response
