Was sent a card in the mail about custom order tshirts. Card states 100% cotton. The tshirt received is 50% cotton/50% polyester. When I called I was told to send it back. I said okay, send me a Return Authorization Code. I was then told to hold for a supervisor and was not able to resolve their bait and switch DTPA. I would never have bought the shirt had I known it was partially synthetic.Business response

*** ***** was mailed an InkPixi promotional postcard with the Few Have Died design featured a black t-shirt which is accurately described as ‘100% preshrunk cotton’.
****** ***** ordered on-line using PayPal.
From our on-line store which has more style and color options than shown on the postcard, ** ***** instead ordered a - large “Heather- navy” t-shirt. The product description on the Web store below the item ordered reads:
Preshrunk 50% cotton/50% polyester blend makes a soft fit that never changes. Apparently the customer overlooked the item description.
Our customer service has no notes or emails from him. ** ***** has not returned the garment so no refund was initiated.
InkPixi has a 90 days satisfaction guaranteed policy. ** ***** is dissatisfied. We issued him a refund via his PayPal account for the full purchase price on 6/6/2023.regards
