Since moving in, we have had had issues with billing for our sewage utility. Bills don’t come every month and when they do, are often accompanied by late charges. This despite the fact that we pay each bill timely, as it comes and in full. We try to reach out to the company regarding these late charges and each time are told it’s due to the post office or some other issue beyond their control. And each time, they remove the late charges, only to bill us with late charges and past due charges the next month. Last month, for example, we paid our balance less past due and late charges after communicating with them and proving we had paid the prior month on time and they had already cashed the check prior to billing us for the next month. This month, we again receive a bill with past due and late charges. Others in our community are experiencing the same issues.
