In 2021 I bought a three piece living room set from this company. The set included a couch, loveseat, and recliner. The company representative insisted that I buy a warranty through them for the set. I paid $129.99 for this policy. The policy is a scam. They do not cover anything because all the things that they say that they cover, is also included in the exclusions from coverage. Basically meaning that they do not cover anything. This is a shady practice and I feel that a company like this furniture company should not pressure the customer to purchase this type of policy with the return of reassurance that their furniture is protected. This company should get the programs they are selling. The company is negligible in every as they do not provide you the policy on site. They send you the policy in the mail after the fact and they are aware of what they are doing. If they do not fix the issue I will be taking legal action against this company.

I went to Furniture and Mattress Discount King in Lancaster County PA at **** ******* ****, Lancaster PA *****. I spent about $10000 on furniture and almost everything was damaged upon arrival to the point that it was unusable. I called the manager of the store and they put me in contact with the manager of the moving company. They both agreed that the furniture would be replaced. They did not replace all of it. The delivery company brought a couple of pieces and took a couple of the broken ones. They were supposed to bring other pieces back that were out of stock. Then the store manager called and said they were discontinued. Then another call from him where he stated someone had the pieces on layaway and that person had defaulted and he could give them to me. Then another call came from him stating that they need more proof before they replaced it. Now they just want to come out and spray paint some of the furniture. I did not pay for spray painted furniture. I paid full price for the furniture and I have broken and damaged products. Yesterday the manager of the furniture store contacted me again. They still acknowledge that they damaged the furniture. This particular item was a floor model and he did acknowledge that it did not come off the floor like that. He wants to spray paint this. In that same conversation yesterday he told me I have to pay another $100 to have the new furniture delivered. I already paid that for the first delivery. That was never refunded when I was given the damaged furniture. I should not have to pay a second time. The manager told me basically that they cant just come out and move my stuff for free. That I will have to pay for it again. I did not ask them to deliver damaged property. He is now refusing to replace any of the rest of the products, stating that I need to send him pictures of the merchandise while it was in the store or he cant replace it. He called it Burden of Proof, stating that was store policy. Unfortunately I am not t
