I got into a fender bender mid August.I scheduled my apt. right after it happened and the earliest hoffman could do was Dec. 19, 4 months after.It was cosmetic work so I said ok.Dropped off my car on the 19th of Dec & went back the next day to see about when it will be done.Was told the earliest it can be completed would be Jan 4th since they took on extra cars + it's the holiday.I said I had an apt.My car should be prioritized since I waited 4 months for the scheduled apt.Called back in Jan. 2 for an update.They stated they weren't sure how long it would be.Called back on January 6th & got vm so I left a message.They did call back but stated it would be done early next week.I asked so Mon or Tues?The lady on the phone said yes early next week, we will call you once it's ready.Mon, no call.Tues no call so at 4 I called them & got vm again.My dad & I stopped by to speak with someone who told us it's in paint & the tech left so they weren't sure how long it would be but I would get a call tomorrow 1/11/23 w/ an update. Wed, the 11th no one called by noon so I called them.I was then told that they were waiting on a right tail light.I said why?My light wasn't damaged in the accident.They said the tech dropped it & they ordered a new part itll be in tomorrow.I told them I need the car tom & was told they'd call to update.Thurs Jan 12th they no call so I called at 130.Was told they got the light but that it won't be done til Fri.I said I need it done today,my dad is getting surgery and I need to drive him home.They at this point had my car for a month,didn't tell me they broke a light(seeming like they were gonna not tell me)& have not updated me since I had to call everytime I wanted info.They stated they still have to clean and que the car.I said skip cleaning since I didn't ask for it & car wasn't cleaned to begin with.They said no but will see if can be done can call me back.420p no call.I called and they said it was done.Pissed that they lied,no update,& took a month
