  I hired *************************, owner of Ace Home Repairs on 031623. Prior to this he came into my home on 030223 to go over a list of repairs I needed to have completed by a professional contractor. I showed him all I needed done. He wrote what I was requesting and left. On 031623, *** ******* came back to my home with his final cost of projects which included material and labor as Job ***. I questioned: where is the removal of the DISH satellite from my porch roof. He apologized and said "that is a 10 minute job. I'll take care of it." I also questioned why he wrote on Bid *** 'drain under concrete.' I had not requested a drain. I showed him that particular area once again and he apologized stating he will not need to dig a drain and will install a rubber piece on the outside of the door instead which will be much easier. *** ******* cancelled work more often than not and did not complete the job at all. In the beginning of his cancellations, I was being nice with my answers. He substituted '*******' decking instead of the '****' decking I paid for. He did not fix the concrete under the steps as he stated in a text. He has not given me a breakdown of all material/labor to total $724.53 even though I asked. He clearly states the side stringers are rotted, yet he kept them and attached new stringers to both sides of the rotted stringers. He lied about adding more stringers and that he knew he should have. He contradicted himself throughout the texts. The pile of rotted step wood is still in my driveway. *** ******* assured me he was going to bring his truck and dispose of it. In several of the texts *** ******* states he is going to 'eat the cost' of the wood he used. On April 3, 2023, the step job was to be finally completed. *** ******* did not show up, nor has he returned my final text message. I was informed: 042721 Ace Home Repairs insurance expired and on 050222 Ace Home Repairs license expired. I paid $475. That is the full amount I am seeking at this point.

  At this time, I have not been contacted by Ace Home Repairs regarding complaint ID ********. He also has not responded to the Attorney General. *************************, owner of Ace Home Repairs, will shortly be sued.

  ID Number ********, This matter with ******* * ******* has been pd in full as of 
  6-13-2023 her payment was mailed on this day. I have pictures of the two money orders that are filled out. Ace Home Repairs is no longer in business as of April 10,2023.

  I am rejecting this response because: he has done a great disservice to this community. Just because he took pictures of two checks does not mean he had paid in full by any means.
