On september 1 I believe it was I took my car to this autoshop to repair a leaking hose. The connection piece for the water pump hose was leaking. I had previously diagnosed the issue before I brought it. They told my they could fix it. A few days later they called me say that they had to open the engine because they believed there was a cracked water pump housing and told me they wanted 1450 to fix it. I felt like this was not true so I questioned Mike the owner. He began to curse me out and then said he refused to fix the car he would put everything back together. I asked him why he was reacting this way and he claimed to have lost money for labor. I told him we could resolve the issue in person. He told me he would put everything back together and I could come in a few days to pick up me car. When I arrive to pick up my car ...I told him I would give him 150 for labor and time which refused while handing me my keys. I went to my car and opened it. To my dismay all of my belongings where tossed about the car. I went back into the shop to confront Mike only to discover that he left in the 2 minutes it took me to discover my car. I brought another employee over to the car and complained. He told me Mike would call me. When I started my car I noticed my check engine light was on...I drove the 6 blocks to my home and parked the car very upset. The next day I went to get my tarp out of my car and discovered that my tarp, my tools, my battery and starter cores were all missing from my car. I returned to the shop and confronted Mike and at that point he gave me some tools. I took my car to ****** auto in Monroeville. They confirmed that it was just a hose leak and repaired the problem 89 dollars. 3 weeks later the car shut off with a no spark issue. I took it back to ****** auto and they told me that when Mike took my engine apart they didn't put the Orings and seals back properly and caused the engine to flood. I believe this was intentional
