My wife and I hired ACR to conduct a shower install . Upon visiting the showroom to pick product out we selected crackled tile . The tile installation was done incorrectly per manufacturer . They ACR failed to seal the tile prior to installing. Manufactures states tile must be sealed prior and after grouting . Sealing after grouting caused elements to penetrate through the tile. This caused staining of the tile. The first seal before installing would have prevented staining.Business response

We have been working with the customer and the tile manufacturer and i'm not sure why he even posted this here. He even said on 5/27 that the more he goes through the process and understands the tile and installation procedures, the problem couldn't be avoided and the tiles are defective because it is only 10% of the tiles that are affected. We are swapping out the tiles that are defective while they are out of town at the end of June, if the tile issues re-appear we are changing all the tiles. Once again, not sure why this is posted when we have a solution.
