Purchased tickets through ************ for the ****** concert on 10/22/21. Winger canceled their appearance 2 days before the concert but the opening band still played. We didn't go to the show because we bought the tickets to see Winger. We tried to get our money refund through ************ but they said Penns Peak will not allow refunds. I tried to call and email Penns peak but no response from them they wont return calls or email. We would like a refund of our money but it seems they want to keep it for only greed from their customers.Business response

As a one time courtesy and despite falling nearly two months after the refund window closed, these tickets were refunded.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: we tried to get a refund within a week when concert was canceled.************ said we would receive a refund but never received one.They said Penns peak wasn't giving refunds so somewhere between Penns peak and ************ somebody doesn't know or care what they are doing. Ps Penns Peak emailed us a week ago and said we are entitled to a refund so Ill let you know what happens!
