King of Prussia Family Medicine ordered the wrong test through ******* twice. I was not aware of this until I received Invoices from *******.I notified King of Prussia Family Medicine about both Invoices. One Invoice has been taken care of. The other Invoice has not been paid and has now been sent to a collection agency, which has been added to my credit report. ******* was of no help, even though this is between them and King of Prussia Family Medicine. I already filed a BBB complaint against ******* and they refused to help. I have contacted several people at King of Prussia Family Medicine many times over the last year or so. I have run out of options and I'm tired of constantly having to chase down someone at King of Prussia Family Medicine to try to get them to follow through on this.
